Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
My husband and I have been happily married for over 45 years and are blessed with 3 wonderful children and 6 grandchildren. For the last few years, we've escaped the cold Minnesota winters by staying at our son and daughter-in-law's condo in Panama City Beach. We've fallen in love with the area's beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, and perfect weather. In 2024, we were fortunate enough to purchase our own golf villa at Edgewater Beach Resort, and we're excited to share our slice of paradise with you!
